I… have been recently in series of problems and choices and dilemmas and many more…
Throughout all of them, I still believe and hopes that everything is going to be all-right…

I really believes in Romans 8:28 where it says “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose”

It was so good to be true.. I always know that it is the truth but when I’m experiencing it, it becomes so hard and unrealistic… But then, He is so faithful and good…

I’ve been led to meet certain people, read certain book and most recently listen to a certain song… it is called the God I know…

It was such an amazing journey… I didn’t know where my path leads me… Nor do I know where I will be and doing in the next couple of months…

1 thing for sure is that I’ve been tested to refuse in believing in Him anymore… but I know that I’ve overcame that and I can boldly say that it will be foolish of me to release Him in spite of all that could happen to me…

Anyway, moving on:
from the books that I read (From Dream to Destiny, Robber Morris):
“What makes you think that you can tell God what you’re supposed to do? He is God! He created you! Don’t you think He already knows what you’re supposed to do?”

“One step at a time. I have it all under control, within My plan and purpose. Just keep your eyes on Me, and take one step at a time – and I will take care of the specifics.”

From the lyric of The God I Know (by City Harvest -Singapore):
Found the song @ youtube… http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I6bAyDVk8rk

The God I know – Righteous and Holy
The God I know – Faithful and True
The God I know – My tower of refuge
Hearts are healed – Christ Revealed

The God I know – Light of the City
The God I know – Strengthens the weak
The God I know – Your hears beats within me
As you are – so are we…

This is my cry – My one desire
More of You – More of You

The Church He knows – Righteous and Holy
The Church He knows – Faithful and True
The Church He knows – My tower of refuge
Hearts are healed – Christ Revealed

The Church He knows – Light of the City
The Church He knows – Strengthens the weak
The Church He knows – Is strong and mighty
As He is – So are we

hope it could bless you whoever and wherever you are…
Love you Lord!! Love you guys ~~ and galss!!

I’ve just been wondering all this time – and this suddenly comes into my mind….

As a leader, we are called to do what we can with the resource that we have… But sometimes, we need to start things afresh… Where do we start? – When?

I just realized that the place is here! and the time is now! Basicly it’s now or never.

Start by doing what is necessary;
then do what’s possible;
and suddenly you are doing the impossible.

-St. Francis of Assisi

I believe that routinity is a bad thing. Why? Because you already know what you’re going to do and the more you do it, the less exciting it is….

It’s a new concept that I realize and recently apply to my life. The result? Can’t say for sure yet… but one thing for sure is I feel excited about certain things…

Tomorrow is going to be a great day!

24 hours is all we have in a day. No matter whether we are rich or poor, a 5-year-old or 65-year-old… We still have the same amount of time in a single day (except on the day that you were born… or died…)

The single differentiator between a successful and not-so-successful-YET person is in their ability to manage their time…

Just let me know how a person spend his time in a day, and I’ll let you know what he will become in 5 years time…

We are growing little by little… and those little things that we omit every single day is actually a very powerful resources… If only we can make the most of our time…

anyway, it’s just my rumbling and thought about the importance of time. Let me know what you think…

*currently, my mind is not in a very great and systematic mode… It’s very clustered… Someone, please defrag it… =P *lol

I would like to admit…
That I’m not really good in the maintenance of my blog…

Luckily, a friend of mine (Niken Sie) asked me to write up something..
I haven’t got any idea on what to write yet ~~ just because there are so many things are happening in my life right now… Give me 5 minutes, and we’ll see what will be my next posting…

These days, it’s been a very busy day for me… Aku cuman diingetin bahwa the spelling of love is T-I-M-E.

So, last night… Instead of me having to read my bible, I asked myself whether GOD is please by the way I read my bible… Apparantly, He says no…

In repentance, my heart cries and I only read 3 verses (instead of my usual 4 chapters).. And it speaks so much more…

So, I will conclude that reading God’s love letter for us… Is not a matter of how much you read. It is how much love that you experience.

Be blessed,
Hari Simaguen

Genesis 39:2
The Lord was with Joseph, and he was a successful man…

You may have no qualifications, position or wealth — nothing in the natural. But when the Lord is with you, you will end up with everything because He will cause you to be successful.

Joseph had nothing when his Egyptian master, Potiphar, bought him from the slave market. Yet, even then, it was said of him, “The Lord was with Joseph, and he was a successful man…” Joseph, the slave, a successful man?

He was a nobody with nothing, not even a shirt on his back, not a dime to his name, no family members with him and no friends to turn to. All he had was the presence of the Lord. But it was because of this that he became successful, rising later to be the most powerful man in Egypt, second only to Pharaoh, who set him over all the land of Egypt. Joseph was given power, authority and riches. (Genesis 41:40–44) This happened because the Lord was with him.

A junior college student worshipping in our church experienced good success in his examination results for the same reason. The first to admit that throughout his student life, he had only scored mediocre grades, he obtained his first ever straight As for all his subjects when he sat for the Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) Examination simply believing that he would be successful because the Lord was with him!

Another church member, who was a fresh university graduate, believed that because the Lord was with her, she would be successful in the workforce. Even though she had no work experience and was faced with a gloomy job market, she succeeded in getting her first job in a short period of time and which gave her a salary beyond her expectations. Then, in spite of a directive from the parent company to freeze the wages of all employees, she received a pay increment as well as a company scholarship for further education!

Beloved, it does not matter if you are a nobody with nothing in the natural. When the Lord is with you, you will end up with everything because He will empower you to succeed, prosper and live the abundant life. Indeed, you will end up enjoying His favour, goodness and grace!

Looks like 2008 is my year of opportunity… Been talking to someone all night long. very inspiring n revolutionizing… Can’t tell much about the details but it will be awesome… Seems like all the book that I read leads me to this particular opportunity… Now, what I need is a working brain, support and prayer from the people around me… By the grace of God, I will be able to make it and persist when things get rough…

I’ll talk less and let my action speaks for itself…. So, that’s all for now. Ciao…

my bad… I didn’t really write the summary of ps. Kong’s sermon… The reason being is that I felt like I’ve heard millions of times from the CD already (The Power of Focus)… And just didn’t feel like to continue it… Sorry about that…

It is better to be early & wait than to be late & be waited for.

It is better to underpromise, make someone crancky but overdeliver.
rather than overpromise, make someone hopeful but underdeliver.

3 Stage of reaching success: Comfort Zone – Fear – Success (Point taken from Dake Beaumont).
You can try to think what does it means and how does that applies to your life.

Tomorrow I’ll update with another sermon’s point. Sermon by Kong Hee. Title of the message: Focus & Goal Setting
